Michael Pelle is a search and training consultant who works with organizations to attract talent as well as work with senior management in developing and enhancing their human capital.

Mr. Pelle has extensive experience in human resources with an emphasis in recruiting and staffing at all levels.  By identifying and soliciting potential candidates, he is able to increase sales, reduce costs and enhance the corporate environment.

His prior experience includes:

  • Managed the recruiting function for Fortune 500 companies
  • Developed an expertise in staffing technical, manufacturing and service positions
  • Well versed on HR Employment Law related issues
  • Set up an independent on-site recruitment operation
  • Staffed a start-up Company with a complement of 250 people

 

Mr. Pelle’s accomplishments include:

  • Assisting in the development of a telemarketing function for a major publishing firm
  • Recruiting finance, technology, service and sales talent for various organizations
  • Outsourcing the recruiting function for a major regional bank, resulting in the hiring of over 150 staff members
  • Providing one-on-one counseling for senior managers in sensitivity and awareness training

 

Mr. Pelle has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources Management. He is a senior adjunct professor at one of New York’s prestigious universities, teaching Human Resources Management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.   He is a former Board of Director of the Long Island Forum for Technology, and a member of the “ Friends for the Long Island Museum of Science & Technology” and has received the Past President Award from the Society for Human Resource Management – Long Island, New York Chapter.
